Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) is hiring a Tutoring Center Coordinator to manage the staff and daily operations of the Tutoring Center in Santa Fe, NM. You will coordinate tutoring services, schedule staff, conduct outreach, and tutor students, maintaining CRLA standards for national certification.

The role involves supervising part-time tutors, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring access to tutoring across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, teaching, or student services.

Responsabilités

• Assist students by guiding them to tutoring services and resources.
• Coordinate tutoring support with faculty to ensure access to services.
• Improve center effectiveness through data collection and organization.
• Assist manager with interviewing and training tutors and managing schedules.
• Tutor students in various disciplines to boost understanding and performance.
• Engage with students about resources and services through outreach.
