Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of work experience in related job discipline.
• Experience in design, construction and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree; higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 25+ personnel in Shops and oversee tasks.
• Develop staffing model to meet capability and capacity.
• Hire, mentor and develop assigned staff; approve timecards/safety plans.
