Job summary

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, maintain and install interior and exterior building hardware and components.
• Inspect, repair and troubleshoot roofing systems including shingles and roofs.
• Repair and replace glass, windows, gutters and masonry components as needed.
• Read blueprints or sketches and lay out parts; use power tools safely.
• Help train new employees and maintain shop safety and cleanliness.
