Concordia University, St. Paul is seeking Campus Tour Guides to join the Office of Admissions. You will lead engaging 60-90 minute walking tours for prospective students and families, sharing CSP experiences and highlighting programs such as nursing when applicable.
Represent CSP with enthusiasm and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include arriving early, staying after tours as needed, answering questions, and staying informed on campus updates.
Campus Tour Guides are an integral part of the campus visit experience in the Office of Admissions for prospective students and families interested in attending CSP. Tour guides are responsible for positively representing CSP to our visitors, mainly prospective students and their families. Tour guides are expected to be knowledgeable about CSP, share their student experience, and represent the university with admiration and enthusiasm while providing the highest level of customer service. Tour guides are representatives of Concordia University both on and off-campus, as they contribute to an environment that upholds the mission and promise of the university.
