Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant professional experience.
• At least six years of progressively responsible professional experience in Title IX or related compliance areas.
• Knowledge of Title IX and federal regulatory framework for postsecondary institutions.
• Experience handling sensitive reports with fair and trauma-informed practices.
• Ability to maintain privacy and manage conflicts of interest while communicating respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with Title IX and 34 C.F.R. Part 106 across programs and activities.
• Maintain visibility on campus and inform about reporting options and resources.
• Advise senior leadership on compliance risks and needed policy changes.
• Review and revise nondiscrimination policy and related protocols.
• Respond to reports, conduct assessments, and explain procedures to involved parties.
• Oversee investigation planning, evidence gathering, and neutral reporting.
• Provide supportive measures for complainants and respondents as appropriate.
• Coordinate impartial review of challenges to supportive-measure decisions.
• End discrimination and protect equal access while preserving privacy.
