Job summary

AIM is seeking a Campus Testing Proctor at our Irving, TX campus to supervise examinations and uphold security and integrity of test materials. The role requires strong attention to detail and customer service in an educational setting.

You will verify IDs, manage candidate check-ins, monitor testing sessions, and assist with daily operations while coordinating with compliance leadership to ensure a compliant testing center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
• Demonstrate integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
• Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication with a focus on customer service in an educational setting.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Willingness to work outside regular shifts as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Verifying valid government IDs and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with PSI, FAA and other regulatory body policies.
• Reception duties; check-in/out of testing candidates.
• Monitoring via one-way mirror, video surveillance, and walkthroughs.
• Advise students regarding testing competencies.
• Duties include report writing, email communications, and phone etiquette.
• Assist in training new testing proctors.
• Assist with daily test center operations to ensure a secure testing environment.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
