AIM in Irving, TX is seeking a Campus Testing Proctor to oversee exams, verify government IDs, ensure security, and maintain confidentiality in a busy testing center.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. The role runs Monday–Thursday 9am–6pm and Friday 8am–5pm, with compensation up to $19/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customer service focus.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Verify government IDs and other documents for testing.
• Ensure compliance with PSI, FAA and other regulatory policies.
• Perform front-desk reception duties and check-in/out of candidates.
• Monitor testing areas via surveillance and periodic inspections.
• Advise students on testing competencies and assist with training proctors.
• Support daily test center operations to maintain a secure environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by campus leadership.
