IDEA Public Schools in Brownsville, TX seeks a Testing Coordinator to ensure all students take required tests in approved environments and with accommodations as needed. You will collaborate with teachers, campus partners, and IT to maintain testing integrity and data quality.

The role emphasizes organizing testing plans, trainings, and timely communications with families, while supporting campus leadership in meeting federal and state testing expectations.

Qualifications

• Educational experience preferred, but testing experience valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lead others through influence to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students take all appropriate tests with approved accommodations.
• Coordinate testing schedules and communicate updates to families.
• Audit accommodation materials and testing materials prior to test dates.
• Prepare testing environments and coordinate with campus IT for online testing.
• Lead campus testing trainings and monitor testing compliance.
• Collaborate with National Assessment Team and lead testing initiatives.
