We’re looking for a Field Tech II to join our team as a Desktop Support Technician, responsible for desktop and hardware support. The role includes acting as an extension of the Remote Service Desk, providing walk-up IT support for tickets that would otherwise go to the Service Desk, with campus users able to use this option.

As a Desktop Support Technician, your role will be to provide desktop and hardware support.
The hourly rate for this position is up to $24 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
