Job summary

CDW Campus Intern Program offers a paid, on‑campus role for sophomores or juniors to gain customer-facing experience while balancing academics. Interns work with a dedicated Intern Program Manager and Sales team, receiving 6 weeks of paid training plus ongoing mentorship.

Interns collaborate to add value to the student technology experience, participating in live meetings, webinars, and vendor events. The program is designed for a flexible schedule and on campus involvement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled as Sophomore or Junior.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to balance academics with internship duties.
• Willingness to learn and work on campus 15–25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between CDW Sales team, university, and partners.
• Network with campus departments to build relationships.
• Research technology trends and identify opportunities for CDW on campus.
• Educate university stakeholders on the CDW partnership.
