Job summary

Patterson-UTI is seeking a Campus Recruiter to develop and execute college-focused recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage internships and early-career programs. You will partner with HR, TA, and business leaders to align recruiting with workforce needs and engage students, veterans, and graduates at events and via targeted channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition/university relations.
• 1+ years in campus/early-career recruiting.
• Experience with colleges, career services, and campus outreach.
• Experience planning campus recruiting events and career fairs.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies for colleges and early-career sources.
• Maintain campus recruiting plans aligned with academic calendars.
• Build relationships with educational institutions and partners.
• Plan and participate in career fairs and events.
• Support military and veteran recruiting outreach.
• Coordinate event logistics and follow-up.
• Present company information and opportunities to students and groups.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess interns and entry-level candidates.
• Plan internship program activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Post jobs on career sites, schools, and networks.
• Maintain candidate records and analyze pipelines and metrics.
