Job summary

Moody’s invites aspiring Talent Attraction professionals to join a supportive, fast-paced internship program. You will join the Early Careers team to collaborate on campus programs and take the lead on internship event planning, building the future workforce of Moody’s.

During the approx. 10-week internship you will gain hands-on experience sourcing, tracking and evaluating talent, coordinating global activities for the summer intern program, and developing recruitment reports.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, Management or HR.
• Availability to work June 7–August 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently use a variety of tools and resources to effectively source, track and evaluate talent
• Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues across Moody’s Corporation
• Collaborate with the other members of the Early Careers team to strategize and execute Campus Recruitment initiatives
• Meticulously track recruiting activity data, creating reports on activity and illustrating progress toward recruitment goals
• Coordinate and plan various global activities and events for the summer intern program
