Job summary

Moody's is offering a 10-week summer internship in the Talent Organization in New York. The program provides hands-on experience across Talent Attraction, Talent Development, and Talent Strategy, with mentorship and networking events throughout the summer.

As an intern, you will contribute to projects that shape Moody's people agenda, gain broad exposure to the full talent lifecycle, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Graduation date between May 2028 – June 2029
• Ability to work during program dates: June 7th - August 13th 2027

Responsibilities

• Gain broad exposure across the Talent Organization, including Talent Attraction, Talent Development, and Talent Strategy - contributing to meaningful projects that shape how Moody's attracts, grows, and retains its people.
• Observe and contribute to cross-functional team meetings, project planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions to build a holistic understanding of how the Talent Organization operates and drives impact across the enterprise
• Support the preparation of presentations, data reports, and project materials for internal stakeholders and senior people team leaders
• Explore and apply AI-enabled tools to improve team workflows, research processes, and reporting efficiency across the talent organization
