Moody’s Corporation in New York is seeking an Early Careers Talent Attraction Summer Intern to help plan campus programs and internship events. This 10-week internship offers real-world HR exposure within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will source and coordinate with Moody’s teams, track activity data, and support campus recruitment initiatives across environments. Rising juniors/seniors (graduation 2028/2029) pursuing Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, Management or HR,

Qualifications

• Relevant internship experience preferred.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Available for the program dates: June 7–August 13, 2027.

Responsabilités

• Source, track and evaluate talent using HR tools.
• Develop working relationships with Moody’s colleagues across teams.
• Collaborate with the Early Careers team on campus recruitment initiatives.
• Meticulously track recruiting activity data and generate progress reports.
• Coordinate and plan global activities and events for the summer intern program.
