Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program with coursework in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• Anticipated graduation date of June 2028
• Ability to work during program dates: June 7 - August 13, 2027

Aufgaben

• Assist with project coordination across planning, design, construction, move, and closeout phases of corporate real estate projects
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, schedules, meeting notes, document registers, and status information under the guidance of project managers
• Compile and analyze project data, including schedules, budgets, risks, space information, and progress metrics, and prepare concise summaries and presentations
• Support design and construction activities by organizing drawings, finish information, site observations, punch-list items, and other project documentation
• Research workplace, sustainability, technology, furnishings, and industry practices relevant to assigned projects and present key findings
• Coordinate information with internal partners and external consultants, including architects, engineers, contractors, furniture providers, and other project participants
• Participate in project meetings and site visits when appropriate, capture decisions and follow-up actions, and communicate updates to the project team
• Contribute to team process improvements, knowledge management, and responsible use of digital and artificial intelligence tools while completing other assigned project tasks
