EisnerAmper is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join its National Talent Acquisition team, supporting internship and entry-level programs across Iselin, NJ and Florida markets. The role blends relationship-building with university partners, career fairs, and on-campus events to attract top early-career talent.

You will manage end-to-end candidate experience, coordinate interviews, and leverage data to inform hiring decisions. Travel up to 25% is required; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or related recruiting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support assigned campuses, markets, and recruiting events.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, university career centers, student organizations, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring teams to achieve hiring goals through campus recruiting strategies.
• Attend career fairs, virtual and on-campus events, and networking programs to build brand awareness and attract talent.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience, including communications, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
• Leverage data and recruiting trends to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.
