Job summary

Amego, Inc. is seeking a Campus Supervisor in Franklin, MA to lead our Children’s Residential Services team. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality care for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will collaborate with clinicians, educators, and families to ensure safety, program fidelity, and positive student outcomes while actively shaping daily program activities and staff development.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Experience with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential staff, providing guidance and day-to-day mentorship.
• Oversee daily operations: campus rounds, staffing, and coverage coordination.
• Promote student well-being, build positive relationships, and maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate activities including recreational and community engagement for students.
• Respond to emergencies and staffing challenges with decisive leadership.
• Support health and safety: medication oversight, drills, and appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with program coordinators, clinical staff, educators, and families to ensure consistent care.
• Maintain program quality by reviewing incident reports and ensuring policies are followed.

Amego, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Campus Supervisor to join our Children's Residential Services team!

In this important leadership role, you'll help oversee the daily operations of our children's residential programs, support our dedicated staff, and ensure that students receive the high-quality care, structure, and support they deserve.

What You'll Do

• Lead and Support Staff: Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to residential staff while helping maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Conduct campus rounds, monitor residential homes, review staffing schedules, and coordinate coverage to ensure programs are appropriately staffed.
• Promote Student Well-Being: Build positive relationships with students, provide additional support to those with higher needs, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Coordinate Activities: Help organize recreational, social, and community activities that encourage student engagement and participation.
• Respond to Challenges: Provide leadership and support during emergencies, unexpected staffing challenges, and other situations requiring immediate attention.
• Support Health and Safety: Assist with medication oversight, safety inspections, fire drills, and medical appointments as needed.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Program Coordinators, clinical professionals, educators, and families to support consistent care and programming.
• Maintain Quality and Compliance: Monitor program operations, review incident reports, and help ensure agency policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• At least one-year experience with ABA
• At least two years of experience in providing services to individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities
• At least 4 years of previous supervisory experience
• Maturity, good judgment and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
• Must maintain a current, valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles.
• Certified in MAP, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care or the willingness and ability to do so
