Qualifications

• One year of ABA experience.
• Two years of experience providing services to individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities.
• Four years of supervisory experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to drive agency vehicles.
• Certified in MAP, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential staff with daily operations.
• Oversee campus rounds, staffing schedules, and coverage to ensure programs are adequately staffed.
• Promote student well-being and a safe, supportive environment.
• Coordinate recreational, social, and community activities for student engagement.
• Respond to emergencies and staffing challenges with decisive leadership.
• Support health and safety tasks including medication oversight and safety drills.
• Collaborate with Program Coordinators, clinical professionals, educators, and families.
• Maintain quality and compliance with agency policies and safety standards.
