Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory management, merchandising, and acting as manager in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail or supervisory role.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, temporary employees and student workers, manages schedules and performance reviews.
• Ensures store is stocked and merchandised appropriately.
• Enforces safety and security processes and loss prevention measures.
• Acts as acting store manager in the absence of the University Store Manager.
• Handles customer inquiries and resolves issues.
