Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Cleveland, OH to coordinate a team at an assigned location under the Retail Manager. You will manage daily tasks, merchandise flow, pricing accuracy, and customer service while supporting floor operations and occasional cashier duties.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar role, familiarity with Micros POS, and flexibility for overtime, nights or weekends. Benefits vary by location and may include programs like 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to use telephone, computer, Micros POS system.
• May be required to work overtime, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the receiving and tagging of incoming merchandise.
• Assigns daily tasks and ensures tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Coordinates the moving of incoming merchandise to retail office, storage area(s) and/or display floor.
• Maintains customer service standards.
• Cashiers when necessary to expedite the processing of guest’s purchasing.
• Leads special projects (holidays, events, book signings) when needed.
• Trains new hires on POS system, safety, and job responsibilities.
