Orange Lutheran High School is seeking a Missions Operations Manager to provide comprehensive operational, financial, and student-leadership support for the Missions Program. You will manage budgeting, reporting, and donor relations, while coordinating equipment, trips, and local engagement.

Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in program administration, financial management, nonprofit/ministry operations preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and donor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for Missions, with reporting to leadership and Business Office.
• Manage equipment, logistics, and trip planning for Mission events.
• Develop local engagement, stewardship, and grant/foundation funding efforts.
• Mentor and develop student leaders and coordinate curriculum alignment with the Missions team.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure mission aligns with school mission and values.
