Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations, drive sales growth, and uphold brand and operational excellence across campus locations.

You will mentor the team, manage financials, plan strategically, and build strong relationships with campus stakeholders while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. A Bachelor’s degree and retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General computer skills are required.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute operating plans and daily store operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Lead in-store course materials activities and merchandise displays.
• Partner with Regional Manager to review store financials and drive sales.
• Maintain campus relationships and coordinate events and advisory committees.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members; ensure performance management.
• Deliver engaging customer service and solutions-based selling.
