Job summary

Slingshot is seeking a Campus Site Manager to lead on our partner campus at Santa Monica College. You will act as the on-site Slingshot contact, manage a team through peak periods, and ensure textbooks and merchandise are sold efficiently while meeting daily targets.

The role requires strong customer service, grit, problem-solving, and the ability to align campus operations with Slingshot values. You will work in a fast-paced environment with long hours during term starts.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication with campus leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set a positive tone and model service, hard work, and problem-solving for the team.
• Provide direction to the store team and cover duties when needed.
• Understand campus specifics while upholding Slingshot values: character, relationships, innovation.
• Oversee textbook sales, gift/merchandise, and campus mail operations.
• Maintain store stock and attractive displays, and manage merchandising.
