Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor to lead campus store operations year-round, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence. You will coach a team, manage opening/closing duties, and support merchandising and inventory to ensure a welcoming store for students, faculty, and alumni.

The role requires 30–40 hours per week with a focus on collaboration, safety, and a high standard of service across all store departments.
