Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Promote store promotions and events on campus and in-store.
• Review store financials with leadership and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily opening/closing activities.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Lead onboarding, training, and scheduling of team members.
