Responsibilities

• Execute store plans and daily operations to drive sales during peak periods.
• Promote promotions and events with campus partners.
• Review store financials and assist in recalibrating goals.
• Maintain inventory control and secure assets.
• Supervise full-time, part-time and seasonal staff; onboarding and scheduling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Foster campus relationships and coordinate events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
