Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with leadership preferred or completion of Aspiring Leader Program.
• Experience in coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and sales performance.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of an assigned department with exceptional customer service.
• Own department performance by driving sales, managing inventory, and monitoring results.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop department team members.
• Partner with store leadership to support operations and initiatives.
• Build relationships with customers and campus partners to resolve concerns.
• Lead merchandising, visual presentation, and workload execution.
• Analyze performance and forecast needs to achieve measurable results.
• Ensure safety, standards, and loss prevention compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized department with a flexible schedule.
