Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in some states) and prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Help customers locate materials and merchandise to meet needs.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions (cash, card, financial aid).
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and clean.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment as needed.
• Work with teammates to meet daily priorities in a busy store environment.
