Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to cover an assigned field territory. This part-time position fits around class schedules and rewards effort with hourly pay plus $200 for each qualified activation.

You will engage households in rural and suburban areas, generate awareness, and build a local network. You’ll gain practical sales experience, including territory management, lead generation, and performance tracking, with coaching from field sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and use data/tools to identify communities, plan routes, manage time, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, local partnerships, and other approved approaches.
• Explain Starlink offerings, answer questions, and help customers determine if Starlink meets their needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using your referral code; you will not collect payments or sensitive information.
• Record hours, mileage, interactions, sales activity, and activations; join manager check-ins to review results.
