Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to connect households with SpaceX Starlink in assigned field territories. This part-time role fits around class schedules, with hourly base pay plus activation bonuses, and opportunities to gain hands-on field sales experience across rural and suburban communities.

You’ll own a territory, engage customers door-to-door and at events, explain Starlink offerings, and guide orders using a referral code.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Be willing to travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes, track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings, help customers determine if Starlink meets their needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using a referral code (no payments collected).
• Record hours, mileage, and sales activity; participate in manager check-ins.
