Mosaic is hiring a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory and connect rural/suburban households with Starlink information. The role emphasizes door-to-door outreach, community events, referrals, and building local awareness, with flexible hours around class schedules and a supportive team environment.

You’ll earn an hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with paid training, coaching, and tools to succeed.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to identify communities and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage customers through direct door-to-door selling and community events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine suitability.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using a referral code (payments not collected).
