InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to lead ministry on a college campus in Maryland. The role emphasizes spiritual growth, campus leadership, and organizational collaboration, with a focus on developing witnessing communities and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.
