SMFA is seeking an Academic Space Manager to provide strategic space planning and administrative oversight for 150 studios across two buildings. You will work with the Director of Administration and Facilities to guide space use, manage updates, and oversee daily operations, with event support and liaison duties for occupants on 230 The Fenway and Mission Hill.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in operations, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel, databases, EMS, and web

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with databases and EMS reservation system.
• Experience with web page management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic space planning and administrative oversight for 150 studios and the SMFA campuses.
• Collaborate with the Director of Administration and Facilities manager on space use and long-term planning.
• Make decisions on studio updates and maintenance impacting finances.
• Oversee daily operations of 230 The Fenway and Mission Hill campuses.
• Manage space reservation system and serve as liaison to occupants and programs.
