Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Comfortable creating content for social media platforms.
• Able to analyze basic engagement metrics and adjust strategies.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date on Gen Z social media trends.
• Create and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Tailor messaging to different student audiences and campuses.
• Respond to messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor Reddit conversations and track sentiment.
• Assist with reputation management and lead generation efforts.
• Track engagement, reach and response times.
• Proactively reach out to prospective renters on social platforms.
• Build relationships with campus organizations and local partners.
• Assist with resident events and outreach campaigns.
