Job summary

Landmark is seeking a Social Media + Leasing Associate who will manage Instagram and TikTok accounts while assisting on leasing activities and resident services. The role combines brand storytelling through social content with front-desk and leasing responsibilities to create a welcoming, informed experience for prospective and current residents.

You’ll collaborate with the social media director and video team, planning shoots and executing campaigns, while using CRM to streamline inquiries,

Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Journalism or related fields
• Experience managing a brand or influencer Instagram presence
• Passion for social media and content creation, ideally shown through a strong personal social presence
• Strong grasp of Instagram and TikTok platforms
• Comfortable in front of the camera for Instagram stories, reels and TikTok

Responsibilities

• Social Media: Manage and monitor Instagram and TikTok following the brand strategy; develop and execute monthly content calendars; publish unique content to drive awareness; engage with followers; work with video team to produce content; maintain brand visuals; manage weekly giveaway campaigns; assist with lifestyle photoshoots planning and coordination.
• Leasing & Resident Experience: Greet prospective residents with energy; assist with lease applications; use CRM to track leads and manage interactions; provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents; assist with front desk inquiries and communications.
