Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to support our growing digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated self‑starter interested in real estate, multifamily marketing, and online community engagement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit platforms.
• Excellent design and video editing skills in Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar.
• Professional, customer-service-oriented tone with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date on social media and Gen Z trends.
• Create, produce, and edit visually appealing static and short-form video content across platforms.
• Tailor content and messaging to different audiences (e.g., freshmen, upperclassmen, graduate students, and parents).
• Respond to Direct Messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, tracking sentiment and identifying trends.
• Assist with reputation management by monitoring comments, reviews, and discussions.
• Track engagement, reach, leads, and response times.
• Conduct proactive outreach via TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to engage prospective renters.
• Build relationships with campus organizations, local businesses, and students for content and outreach partnerships.
• Assist with planning and attending resident events and outreach campaigns.
