Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Maintain policy and procedures to meet quality, productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality and safety expectations.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor, develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
