• Previous culinary or food service supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards are met.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
