Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure assigned tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers or disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to meet quality, productivity, and safety goals.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage career advancement within the organization.
