Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse seeks a full-time Shift Supervisor to oversee associates on a 1:00 pm–9:00 pm shift with rotating weekends. 1–3 years of supervisory experience required; training and scheduling duties included. Formación

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to train and schedule staff.
• Prior food service supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals are met.
• Act as the main contact for employee concerns and time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
