Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Train and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage advancement within the organization.
