Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring immediately for Shift Supervisor roles on a full-time and part-time basis. The position is based at 1910 Rosemont Drive, San Angelo, TX 76909, with a schedule of Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Prior supervisory experience is preferred, and training will be provided to new hires. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $14.25, with online applications accepted.

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as main contact for employee time-off requests and concerns.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
