Job summary

The CSU Stanislaus University Center Service Desk is seeking a SC Service Desk Student Assistant in Turlock, CA. You will assist customers, manage the service desk operations, ticketing, printing, and maintain a welcoming campus environment.

This position offers flexible hours (10-20 per week), bi-weekly pay, sick time, and a chance to gain customer service and cash handling experience while enrolled as a CSU Stanislaus student.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled CSU Stanislaus student with a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Work 10-20 flexible hours per week.
• Must be available to work Sundays 2:00pm–8:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Service Desk on days of operation.
• Operate cash register and Vend POS system.
• Sell tickets for events and other items.
• Scan, fax and make copies.
• Print for the Print N Go service.
• Sign-up students for Weekend Warrior Program trips.
• Organize and clean workspace.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
• Assist other ASI & SC employees with projects.
