Job summary

CSU Stanislaus, ASI & SC is seeking a Leadership Student Assistant to help coordinate events and promote the University Student Center's programs. The role reports to the SC Leadership Coordinator and offers a flexible schedule with a starting wage above California minimum wage.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled Stanislaus State students with at least a 2.0 GPA, able to work 15-20 hours weekly, and available Thursdays 3:00-5:30 pm for meetings and activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled Stanislaus State student with a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Available on Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for meetings and activities.
• Work an average of 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing SC events, campaigns, and activities.
• Maintain the SC Leadership programming budget and expenditures.
• Prepare programming paperwork such as purchase requests and event proposals.
• Assist with SC Leadership programming assessment data tracking.
• Support SC Board of Directors recruitment efforts.
• Attend training sessions and retreats as required.
• Assist with RS0 Credits tracking and related duties.
