Job summary

Hunterdon Central Regional High School is seeking a Substitute Campus Security Officer to help supervise the campus during the school day and protect students and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, patrolling grounds, buildings, libraries, and athletic facilities to ensure safe operations.

This substitute role is filled on an as-needed basis when school is open. Availability varies, with candidate residing in NJ and eligible for NJ Substitute certification. AA/EOE.

Qualifications

• Prior law enforcement experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work with students and the community professionally
• Must be eligible to receive NJ Substitute Certificate or hold one

Responsibilities

• Provide campus supervision during the school day
• Monitor entrances and patrol grounds, buildings, libraries, athletic fields and other facilities
• This is a substitute assignment filled as needed on days school is in session
