Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia. The role is part-time with multiple shifts, including afternoons, evenings, mornings, and overnights.

You will supervise security officers, coordinate with the site team, and ensure high-quality service delivery in diverse outdoor environments. Must be 21+, have at least 2 years of security experience and prior supervisor experience; ability to stand/walk long periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years old with valid driver's license.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure quality service delivery at assigned customer site.
• Maintain safety and client satisfaction during shifts.
