Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer Patrol Documentation in Reading, PA to protect a government educational location. You will monitor, deter incidents, and document activities using campus protocols while maintaining a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The role is full-time with a schedule that includes weekday evenings. Candidates should have at least 6 months of security experience and be comfortable using a computer or tablet, with prior customer

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and campus policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report them per campus protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, walkways, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with campus representatives.
