Job summary

ValorForces is seeking professional, disciplined Level III Commissioned Security Officers to support school-based safety and protection. This role rewards appearance, communication, and tactical readiness in a mission-driven environment.

You will serve on campus as a visible security presence, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and coordinate with educators and local law enforcement. A Texas Level III license and strong writing, reporting, and judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas DPS Level III Commissioned License
• 21+ years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Reliable transportation and a working mobile phone
• Strong firearm handling and safety proficiency
• Ability to pass background screening and physical fitness assessment
• Strong writing, communication, and observation skills
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, trusted security presence for students and staff
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
• Maintain strong communication and de-escalation standards
• Prepare accurate and timely incident and daily activity reports
• Partner closely with school administrators and local law enforcement
• Demonstrate sound judgment and situational awareness
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and accountability
