Job summary

Valor Force is seeking a Level 3 armed School Campus Officer to staff SRO positions at a Richardson, TX campus. The role requires a current TX DPS Level 3 license, a valid driver’s license, and a clean background.

Candidates must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays and pass a fitness assessment. The successful officer will possess firearm handling expertise, clean grammar in communication with staff and students, and the ability to operate independently with strong

Qualifications

Must hold a current Level 3 license issued from TX DPS PSB.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a background check.
Able to pass a physical fitness assessment.
21 years of age and U.S. citizen.
No felonies within the last 10 years and no disqualifying misdemeanors.
Must own duty gear and firearm.
Must be able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Staff SRO positions for school campuses across shifts, including weekends/holidays.
Respond to incidents, manage witnesses, and coordinate with law enforcement.
Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and families; document incidents.
Maintain readiness and operate firearms safely; ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements.
Adhere to professional standards and protect the safety of students, staff and visitors.
