Job summary

Valor Force is seeking a Level 3 armed School Campus Officer to staff SRO positions at a Richardson, TX campus. The role requires a current TX DPS Level 3 license, a valid driver’s license, and a clean background.

Candidates must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays and pass a fitness assessment. The successful officer will possess firearm handling expertise, clean grammar in communication with staff and students, and the ability to operate independently with strong

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Level 3 license issued from TX DPS PSB.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to pass a physical fitness assessment.
• 21 years of age and U.S. citizen.
• No felonies within the last 10 years and no disqualifying misdemeanors.
• Must own duty gear and firearm.
• Must be able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Staff SRO positions for school campuses across shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Respond to incidents, manage witnesses, and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and families; document incidents.
• Maintain readiness and operate firearms safely; ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements.
• Adhere to professional standards and protect the safety of students, staff and visitors.
